What people write in about
Something is broken
A page that will not load, a button that does nothing, a workout that will not save. Say what you were doing, which page you were on, and what phone or browser you used — that is usually enough to reproduce it.
A number or a guide looks wrong
Calculators use published formulas and guides are written by hand, so mistakes are possible. Point at the specific figure or sentence and it gets checked and corrected.
How FORMA sources its numbers →Your account or your data
Deleting your account is self-serve and takes a moment. If that fails, email from the address on the account and it is handled manually within 30 days.
Delete your account →API access, licensing or partnerships
The exercise database is available through a public API, and the underlying data can be licensed for commercial use. Both have their own pages with pricing and terms.
Developer API →What FORMA cannot help with
FORMA publishes general fitness information, not medical advice, and Rab is not a medical professional. Questions about injuries, pain, medication or a health condition belong with a doctor or a physiotherapist who can actually examine you — please do not wait on an email for those.
Answers you can get without writing
A few things are quicker to look up than to ask about: what FORMA collects and why is in the Privacy Policy, the rules for using the site are in the Terms, the formulas behind every calculator are named on the About page, and licensing the exercise data has its own licensing page.
