When you create an account we store your name and email address (via our authentication provider, Supabase). Your workout, nutrition and progress data are saved to your account so they sync across devices. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies & advertising

We use cookies for sign-in and preferences. We also display ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. Payments

Subscription payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Your choices

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. You may also manage cookies through your browser settings.
