- 1 ripe medium banana
- 2 large eggs
- 1 scoop (30g) vanilla whey protein powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder

Method
- Mash the banana, then whisk in eggs, protein powder, and baking powder until smooth.
- Heat a nonstick pan over medium-low and lightly spray.
- Pour small pancakes and cook 1-2 min until bubbles form, then flip and cook 1 min more.
- Stack and serve; great with extra berries on top.
