- 1 scoop (32g) chocolate whey protein powder
- 1 medium banana (118g)
- 1 cup (240ml) skim milk
- 1 tbsp (16g) natural peanut butter
- 1 tbsp (7g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup ice
Method
- Add milk, banana, protein powder, peanut butter and cocoa to a blender.
- Add ice and blend on high 30-45 seconds until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and drink within 20-30 minutes of training.
