- 1/2 cup (75g) mixed berries (fresh or thawed frozen)
- 1 tbsp (8g) sliced almonds
- 1 tsp honey
- Pinch of cinnamon
Method
- Spoon the cottage cheese into a bowl or meal-prep jar.
- Top with berries and sliced almonds.
- Drizzle with honey and dust with cinnamon, then serve or seal.
