Ingredients
Makes 12 servings. Macros above are per serving.
- 1 cup (90g) rolled oats
- 1/2 cup (128g) natural peanut butter
- 1/3 cup (40g) vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup (85g) honey
- 3 tbsp (30g) mini dark chocolate chips
Method
- Stir oats, peanut butter, protein powder and honey in a bowl until a sticky dough forms.
- Fold in the chocolate chips; add a splash of water if too dry.
- Roll into 12 balls (about 1 heaping tbsp each) and chill 30 minutes to firm up.
