- 2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
- 1 slice whole-grain bread, toasted
- 1/4 avocado (35g)
- Squeeze of lemon juice
- Pinch of salt, pepper and chili flakes
Method
- Smash the avocado with lemon, salt and pepper and spread onto the toast.
- Slice the hard-boiled eggs and lay them over the avocado.
- Finish with chili flakes and serve.
