Ingredients

- 1/4 cup (60g) hummus
- 1 cup (120g) baby carrots
- 1/2 red bell pepper (75g), sliced into strips
- 1/2 cucumber (100g), cut into spears
- Pinch of paprika and flaky salt
Method
- Spoon hummus into a small lidded cup and dust with paprika and salt.
- Pack carrots, pepper strips and cucumber spears alongside in the box.
- Seal and chill; dip and eat straight from the box.
