- 3/4 cup (170g) nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup (140g) frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 medium banana (59g)
- 3/4 cup (180ml) skim milk
- 1 tsp (7g) honey
Method
- Add milk and Greek yogurt to the blender first so it blends smoothly.
- Add frozen berries, banana and honey; blend 30-45 seconds until thick and smooth.
- Taste and add a splash more milk if you prefer it thinner, then serve.
