Ingredients
Makes 1 serving. Macros above are per serving.
- 1.5 cups (150g) frozen edamame in pods (yields ~75-80g edible beans)
- 1/2 tsp flaky sea salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
- Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
Method
- Steam or microwave the edamame pods until hot, about 4-5 minutes.
- Toss with sesame oil, sea salt, garlic powder and pepper flakes.
- Eat warm or chilled, squeezing the beans out of the pods.
