- 2 cups (60g) fresh baby spinach
- 3/4 cup (125g) frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 medium banana (59g)
- 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened soy milk
- 2 tbsp (20g) hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp (15ml) lemon juice
Method
- Add soy milk and spinach to the blender and blend until no leaves remain.
- Add mango, banana, hemp seeds and lemon juice; blend 30-45 seconds until creamy.
- Pour and serve immediately for the brightest color and flavor.
